    Name and Shame Board Released
    - A name and shame board has now been added. You can find it on the right with the forum and news link. We strongly suggest that you delete all multiple accounts before we find you, else all your accounts will be removed.
April 26th, 2010 Version 2
Changes and additions:
    Multiverse Warriors Version 2 released!
    - The whole core system has now been converted in to what is called AJAX. This means that it is no longer necessary to reload/refresh the page and content can be delivered on the fly.
    - As a further advancement on this, the whole of MVW has become "real time". By "real time" we mean that everything on your page is automatically refreshed every 2 seconds without any interaction required by yourself.
    - Due to the above, this means all of your Naquada, attack power, defence power, mail, etc.. alter as it happens. So when you are now attacked, destroyed, etc.. you will know about it straight away.
    - As a further addition to this, you will also have a ship status bar which gives the overall average health of your ships in %, meaning you always know your current ship health.
    - Some pages such as the player stats page now pop up in little windows within the browser page itself. This has been done in request to keep the "tabbing" option available. After initial testing myself, this has proven so far to be far faster method of farming than is possible with tabbing and means it is available to ALL, not just the few.
    - There is now a proper ingame general chat that is also in a window. It can be dragged around, resized, etc.. the same as the others, but can not be closed. Once the player numbers increase, this chat will be ugraded to include alliance chat, private chat, friend requests and so on.
    - A session expire box has now been included to the right panel. This tells you how long you have left before you are automatically logged out. It also includes a visual alarm once the timer goes below 5 minutes. Nothing worse than getting logged out half way through a farm run or a massing.
    - The 5 level rule has also been removed. (level 7 players will be able to attack level 1 players, etc...) - Users that are in protection can now carry out spy missions.
    - When a user goes to do a spy mission, the "number of spies to send" box is now filled by default with your total amount of spies. - When you have inadequate spies to perform a spy mission, the warning for you to not proceed is now highlighted in red. - Four new game skins have been added to the game. To view/change to these new skins just login and under Preferences on the left you will see a link called Skin.

Other major improvements not visible to the naked eye:
    - Complete overhaul to the code to new standards
    - Security has been increased
    - Layout has been completely overhauled
    - We now have a proper beta server running on a copy of the live database for testing purposes.

So all the resources deposited into the alliance bank must be used on alliance upgrades or just sit there. There is also a log of who deposits how much and when that is viewable by all members.
  • Alliance Member Size Upgrade: This is currently the only upgrade for alliances. You can upgrade the max alliance size by 5 members per 50 mv points. This will be the only upgrade that requires mv points, all others will require credits only. (But as of now there are no upgrades that use credits, these will be released in the next large game update)
